We start by making sure that the property is right for you and in great condition when you move in. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to start your tenancy with us.

During your tenancy, we will provide ongoing help and support to make sure that your home is maintained to the highest level. We will be respectful of you and work with you to make sure that you have what you need during your tenancy with us. Through our technology, you can be safe in the knowledge that you have 24 hour support from us. Our systems make it easy to raise and report any issues or faults, and we are always just a phonecall away should you need us.  We fimly believe that Sound Property should be a supporter in your life, not a hinderance.

Finally, at the end of your lease, we will aim to remove all barriers and make this as easy as possible for you. We will also work with you to avoid any unnecessary exit fees and ensure that where appropriate, great references are provided for your onward journey.
