If you’re happy, we will ask you to review and sign a contract and we will get to work with your property.

- Handling deposits, rents and claims and issuing remittance to landlords within 5 working days

Photographic Inventory
- Photographic inventory of the property condition using our high definition camera
- Includes walls, carpets, cupboards, kitchen appliances and furniture
- This is accompanied by a summary report

In order to comply with legislation and Gas Safety Certificate is required.
