About Us
Sound Property Service’s goal
Graeme and Ian are co-owners or Sound Property Services and have let and managed properties throughout Tayside for more than a decade. Most of this time was the management of their own portfolios whilst working in high profile roles in other industries.
Sound was born out of desire to create a business that truly cared about landlords and tenants. Sound looks to move the dial on what it means to be professional and respectful when it comes to people and their property.
Ian’s experience is in customer care and people management, primarily through a Senior role at one of the Nations favourite supermarkets. He has expertise in working with people, process management and logistics. He is Level 6 ARLA Certified (a technical award in residential letting and property management) demonstrating his skills, knowledge and competence in managing and understanding the needs and legalities of tenants and landlords.
Graeme is a Chartered Accountant, and also ARLA Certified. He qualified with an accounting practice in Dundee and then worked for a decade in various Management and Director Roles at a FTSE100 Financial Services company; whilst managing his own property portfolio. Graeme’s expertise lies in managing governance and risk, strategy delivery and relationship management.
